The biggest opportunity for leaders today is…to grow their organizations by unleashing the power of the individuals and teams that work there. Creating a vision that inspires the people within the organization to do their best work. Authentically supporting individuals and teams in their individual and cumulative growth.
Things that make me smile include…animals, music, nature, traveling and exploring different cultures and environments, my family’s strength and my group of incredible friends.
What matters to me…finding meaning in my work, helping people and organizations navigate change and complexity, supporting my community and having fun while doing it all.
