Marsha is known internationally as a facilitator of meaningful conversations, a passionate agilest and is unparalleled at helping leaders identify and break through stuck patterns of communication that get in their way of high performance.

William Strydom is a professional coach working in the agile space. He is currently focusing on leadership and agile coaching. He enjoys evoking agility in organizations and their teams.
He was the Vice President of Technology at an educational company before pivoting his career to focus on agile and coaching. He has over 15 years’ experience in agile and over 25 years of software development and IT experience. He has worked in various sectors ranging from local & federal government, financial, insurance, biotechnology, and educational institutions.
About the Facilitators
Kerri Sutey serves as the Portfolio Manager for the Leading Change Program at the International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile). She is an experienced Agile leader, coach facilitator and trainer with extensive business and IT experience with Fortune 100 companies and US government agencies. She also holds the ICE-AC and ICE-EC certifications.
Anjali Leon is the founder and principal of PPL Coach - boutique coaching and consulting practice specializing in Agility, Product Leadership, and Creative Collaboration. She is a recognized expert in Agile Coaching through ICAgile, a trained co-active coach, an accredited trainer through ICAgile and ProKanban.
Danielle Kellogg is an Enterprise Agile Coach at Cisco, where she supports a global enterprise agility transformation across hundreds of teams adopting a new way of working. She has 20+ years in tech, spanning several careers from the creative side to technical, and now Agile Coach, which leverages both.
Nono Donsa is a speaker, facilitator, Agile Trainer and Coach. She is a hardworking, dedicated and proactive individual who loves new challenges and embraces change, with an ease in being versatile. Her training and certifications include CSM, PSM2, PSPO, ICP-ACC and an Agile in Color core team member.
