Antoinette Coetzee collaborates extensively with the front-runners in Agile coaching and leadership world-wide to train and develop Team Coaches, Enterprise Coaches and Agile Leaders. She is a trained professional coach and certified in Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching. Her forte is changing culture and growing high performance in leadership teams, including teams in conflict.
Antoinette is an accomplished speaker and regularly delivers talks and workshops on agility, leadership and transformation at local and international conferences.
Meet The Panelists
Jennifer Steelman is a coach, trainer, and facilitator. Her experience includes helping teams form and build trust and work toward high performing, using agile and lean principles. Jennifer’s passion is helping others continue to grow their own knowledge as well as increase their impact to the organization.
Marcel Hoeppner has worked for Microsoft as Program Manager and Agile Coach since 2018. Prior to Microsoft, he had a background in Consulting, Agile Project and Product Management. He focuses on complex, agile deliveries and establishing a culture that prioritize delivering business outcomes and product-driven solutions.
Shannon Ewan serves as the Managing Director for the International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile). She is an experienced Agile Leader, Coach, facilitator and trainer with extensive business and Information Technology (IT) experience with Fortune 100 companies, small businesses, and US government agencies.
Israel J. Pattison, MSBA is a team coach and facilitator for a leading software solutions provider in the mortgage lending and title insurance industry as well as a graduate student studying Organization Development (OD). For more than twenty years, Israel lead traditional project teams at tech industry giants including IBM, Symantec, and Oracle.
