How do we collect information from you?

- When you register for one of our courses
- When you RSVP for a meeting or online webinar
- When you fill in a form on our website
What type of information is collected from you?
The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, IP address, and information regarding what pages are accessed and when. If you register for a course with us, your card information is not held by us and we do not process the payments ourselves. This is done by Eventbrite.com.
How is your information used?
Depending on what information we have stored and what you have opted in for, we may use your information to:
- Send essential communications about courses you are registered for or events you are due to attend
- Send you our community newsletter, typically as an email newsletter
- Send an update from our weekly blog
- Send information about upcoming training courses and special offers
- If you register for a webinar or workshop we may send your name to the venue for security purposes (if this applies to an in-person workshop)
- If you are attending a certified course your name and email address will be shared with the relevant certification body
- IP addresses are used to analyze website usage
- Reply to an inquiry received through our website
Who has access to your information?
TeamCatapult staff have access to your information. In addition, if you are attending one of our in-person events or workshops we may pass on your name and dietary requirements to the venue if they request them in order to comply with their policies.
We will not sell or rent your information to third parties.
We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third Party Service Providers working on our behalf: We may pass your information to our third party service providers, agents subcontractors and other associated organizations for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf (for example to send you mailings). However, when we use third party service providers, we disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service and we have a contract in place that requires them to keep your information secure and not to use it for their own direct marketing purposes.
