Course Description

Agile Coaching: Coaching Individuals and Teams provides leaders and agile coaches with the necessary mindset, skills and capabilities to effectively coach others toward higher performance. These leaders and coaches will also greater adaptive capacity and collaboration within their teams.

Learning the skills of coaching and mentoring individuals is emphasized. Next steps inside this workshop take those skills to the next level: coaching teams.

The journey to high performance
We will focus on coaching the journey to high performance (task), as well as understanding team development (relationships).Additionally, we’ll be looking to inspire commitment that produces repeatable and sustainable results.

Participants who successfully complete this course are eligible to receive this ICAgile certification. In order to receive the certification participants must attend the full course (not missing more than 1 hour of class time).

This course also qualifies for 21 PDU’s under Leadership with the Project Management Institute.

Recommended Pre-Courses:

Completion of the Agile Team Facilitation or similar facilitation course is recommended, but not mandatory.
