David is an experienced enterprise Agile coach and trainer who has worked with business and development teams in many settings and disciplines.
His experience includes coaching and guiding Agile transformation, shaping new technology into customer-ready products, building successful businesses, and refreshing business work processes. He has had consistent success in ambiguous new product environments and has strong skills strengthening teams to become self-sufficient, moving from ideas and concepts to useful outcomes.
Experience
Specialties: Coaching and training teams; introducing Agile to the smart and skeptical; developing and delivering training that gets 90%+ NPS scores; growing Agile capabilities in more and less-likely places; facilitating complex or critical meetings.
In addition to various recent Agile roles, he has worked in industry as a Product, Program and Project Manager at the team leader, Director and Senior Manager level. Employment has included Verizon, Telcordia, AT&T and Chubb with engagements at many other firms.
