In addition, Kay is a Gate Review Panelist for the International Consortium for Agile where she works with organizations and training providers to ensure alignment with quality learning objectives and to create interactive learning experiences that cultivate an agile mindset and enable sustainable organizational agility. Kay is a founding member of Agilehood KC, a non-profit group that supports, fosters and educates the Kansas City community in Lean/Agile mindsets and practices.
