I’m inspired by…
bravery, particularly in those times where it may not be well-received, but the right thing to do nonetheless. It’s those people, young and old, that simply took that step, that action and lives were changed. Lives were inspired to do more than they thought they could do because one person was brave enough to show the rest of us what can be done.
Things that make me smile include…
children and dogs; not necessarily together, but when they are it’s even better.
When I’m not working, I’m…playing. Even house chores can be fun if you eat enough chocolate, drink enough wine and play the music loud enough.
What matters to me…
that we love each other. It’s not easy and humankind is horribly cruel and I fall short of our charter sometimes. But that’s what matters to me and when I lay my head on the pillow each night I pray that I’ve loved rather than hated, that I’ve shown kindness rather than indifference, that I’ve helped rather than hindered, that I’ve looked at you instead of through you and that I’ve helped others feel like they mattered.
At TeamCatapult…I work behind the scenes in hopes of making everyone look really good and successful. So when others are running down the hall screaming, I’m calmly resolving the situation with business acumen and a touch of humor.

Trish has over 30 years’ experience in business operations, marketing, event coordination, executive assistant and freelance writing.
At TeamCatapult, Trish is responsible for various administration activities, working with the Support Team to build the best customer experience possible. She creates efficiency and order to any process with the utmost professionalism and grace. Her approachable, can-do attitude is key to keeping our team rolling.
