Kadidra Hurst

Kadidra McCloud Hurst, MSIST, PMP, CSM, ITIL is a Solutions Manager/Agile Delivery Lead and Agile Enthusiast on a mission to empower her teams to reach their next level of productivity and output. To do this work, Ms. Hurst taps into her natural born leadership and empathy skills, 10 years of project management experience included in a background of over 25 years in various IT capacities (technical training, technical writing, QA, and help desk support),
Kadidra’s IT education started with Brooklyn Technical High School followed by obtaining a BS degree in Information Management & Technology Computer Science from Syracuse University. Mrs.Hurst received a MS degree in Information Systems & Technology Management from George Washington University and certifications from Project Management Institute, Information Technology Infrastructure Library, and the Scrum Alliance.
Kadidra also has a strong passion for social and economic justice and is active in various local and national organizations which promote advocacy and voter education, empowerment, and engagement. Kadidra Hurst is most proud of serving on the core team of Agile in Color, which is a professional development and mentoring organization targeted to serve persons of color in the global agile space.
Kadidra is an avid reader of biographies and lately has been reading Agile industry books to grow her professional development. Kadidra loves to watch game shows and word puzzles (Will Shortz’ universal crossword puzzle and NY Times’ Wordle) to stimulate her mind.
When not working, volunteering, or learning something new, Kadidra is watching something on Netflix, Hulu, or Disney+ (no commercials please!) and spending time with her husband, daughter, stepchildren, extended family and her two dogs.
