They are striving to make a difference so that people can be in great relationships and can overcome the challenges that they’re facing in the workplace. Sarah and Tony are redefining co-leadership by helping others gain guidance and support towards a clear, purposeful direction.

Sarah and Tony’s Bio

Dr. Sarah Hill, PhD and Tony Melville are Co-owners of Dialogix and are based in the UK but work globally. They are Dialogue Facilitators and Behavioral Dynamics Interventionists. The focus of their work is on tackling some of the toughest and most demanding behavioral challenges. They have also led the design and development of training in this field that is accredited by the International Coaching Federation.

Sarah is Author of Where Did You Learn To Behave Like That? A Coaching Guide for Working With Leaders and Dare to…, which is a companion journal to the book. Working globally, she is an internationally recognized expert in childhood story work with leaders providing a way for them to do deeper work on the Self. She is also co-author of The Tao of Dialogue, published in 2019; has taught at the Said Business School, Henley Business School, Harvard Business School, and Hult-Ashridge.

Tony has experience as a Hostage Negotiator where he first became interested in effective communication in crisis. He has led large organizations through the most challenging circumstances strategically and operationally. Tony is recognized for his integrity, humanity and equality, which he brings together with his experience of leading systemic organizational change to support all those he works with.
